I notice a lot of watchers have rewatched 14.27, . Are you telling them NOT to use a two handed tool with one hand? They probably know this already, it's basic tool knowledge.

Good job, machining that copper is much easier if you anneal it first, heat it red hot and let it cool in the air, but it does lose some hardness.

I built similar jig but placed 2 square magnets under the edge of the wood recessed slightly flash with wood.Magnets help holding

all those fancy machines and good tools but when i came to twisted the wire around the circular bard you couldn’t use a hollow rod to twisted around way easier lol

Great build Bru, I often work with 18mm shutter ply in S.A. as it just fits my limited budget. I would love it if you would put the plans on your site as my design skills are lacking and I'm new to cnc. I will shortly be building out my workshop space and need something just like this. Absolutely awesome design!! I love doing things like this and i just happened to come across your video. For 18mm would be 0.7086" here in the US which is very close to our standard 3/4" which is more like 0.720" thick which for you would be 18.28mm. For those drawer slide i have found making the drawer 0.125" (3mm) smaller seems to be the perfect play so you dont have to shave the drawers down. Again, Great work!
